Biloxi Convention District Master Plan

This mixed-use Master Plan presents a transformative vision for the 50-acre waterfront site. As a destination development; the complex entails hotels, multifamily, restaurants, retail, office, marina, pier, pedestrian bridges, beach, city park and amphitheater in addition to convention facilities. A grand boulevard links the complex with themed lighting, signage, and landscaping to define the district as a development catalyst for the surrounding sites.

Gracious, southern-coastal features pervade the district character with tree-lined walkways, deep colonnades, pool terraces, viewing towers, lush gardens and signature fountains.
