The tenant buildout for McGlinchey Stafford in the II Rivermark Centre is the epitome of modern office design, prioritizing employee satisfaction and overall company success. High-end finishes and a dynamic floor plan accommodate a variety of working styles to create an ideal environment for both employees and clients within their new 14,000-square-foot office space.

A highlight of the space is a large conference room located just off the lobby. Ample natural light, a vital element for our client, was achieved through a full-glass interior wall that allows direct sightlines toward the exterior windows lining the room.

With offices in more than 15 states across the U.S., McGlinchey Stafford challenged the WHLC Interior Design team to uphold corporate standards while infusing local flair, creating a space that connects authentically to its context in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge.
