This 170,000 square foot office building is the central landmark facility within the 100-acre campus located in Independence Park. Five separate governmental agencies are accommodated for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Designed to complement existing buildings on site, a strong civic image is combined with a full-length covered arcade to provide an accessible, user-friendly facility with an appropriate institutional stature. The master plan for the campus, also designed by Washer-Hill & Lipscomb, adds an additional 120,000 square foot office building and 200,000 square feet of support and distribution buildings.
