In the Heart of Downtown

To unify a full city block and to address the downtown pedestrian scale are two of the prime goals for the expansion of the City Plaza Office Complex. While serving two separate banking institutions, the program calls for ground-level retail space, 245,000 sf of new Class-A office space, and a new 650-car parking garage.

Key design features are an elegant glass and metal canopy linking the 2-story colonnades of the City Plaza I and II, a two-story granite base, brick-paved sidewalks, and extensive landscaping provide a rich streetscape character.

Defined by a parking garage that is designed to screen views of the two distinct drive-through banking facilities, the ground floor motor court provides garden views for the new and the existing office space. Upper office levels are clad in a faceted facade of pre-cast, metal, and glass to present a distinguished urban image for this premier business address.
