Designer 1

WHLC Architecture is seeking a full-time architectural graduate for a Designer 1 position. Applicants should have a professional BARCH or MARCH degree from an accredited architectural program and should be working towards licensure. Previous experience working in a professional architectural firm is preferred. Desired applicant should be a self-motivated team player who is proficient in both REVIT & AutoCAD.

The job requires working as part of a team on projects through all phases of the architectural design process. Exact responsibilities may vary based on the skillset of the individual but may include working to produce proposals in Adobe Creative Cloud, working on building programs, generating preliminary floorplans, generating conceptual renderings for client meetings, producing construction documents in Revit and/or CAD, and processing communications between the architect and contractor during construction administration.
