Breaking Ground in Livingston Parish

We are thrilled to congratulate Baton Rouge General and the people of Livingston Parish on the official groundbreaking of the new Livingston Neighborhood Hospital!

This 40,000-square-foot facility represents a significant milestone for the community. Located near Juban Road and I-12, this project will re-establish critical healthcare infrastructure, bringing a much-needed overnight hospital facility to one of Louisiana's fastest-growing parishes. Residents will gain vital access to 24/7 emergency care and inpatient services right where they need them most.

This project marks the second Neighborhood Hospital WHLC Architecture has designed in partnership with BRG, following our work on the Ascension Parish facility. A special thank you to the BRGMC team for collaborating with us to document and implement lessons learned from that first project. Your insights allowed us to refine the patient-centric flow and maximize efficiency for this new campus.

We are honored to be part of this investment in community well-being and look forward to the ribbon cutting in Fall 2027!
